The Angolan Robusta’s (the Amboim in particular) is a few steps ahead from their equals. The beans are uniform in size and color and well processed (mainly using the drying method). They are handpicked, inspected and classified. The delta from the Congo river is the area of choice for the cultivation of the coffee brushes in Angola.
